This Shipping & Refund Policy explains how orders associated with REBL’s services are processed, shipped, and handled if issues arise.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after:

  • Payment has been successfully completed, and

  • A licensed healthcare provider has issued a valid prescription when required

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary based on clinical review, prescription requirements, or fulfillment partner operations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout, when applicable.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Patient location

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or other circumstances outside REBL’s control

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly disclosed at checkout.

Some services or programs may include shipping at no additional cost. When included, this will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped. Tracking availability depends on the fulfillment partner and shipping method used.

Prescription Medications & Regulated Products

Due to federal and state regulations governing prescription medications and compounded products:

  • All prescription medications, compounded products, and injectable medications are non-returnable

  • Products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once they have been shipped

  • This policy exists to ensure patient safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance

All Sales Final

All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

Clinical services, provider evaluations, and telehealth consultations are non-refundable once rendered, regardless of whether medication is prescribed.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact REBL within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email help@refill.co with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging, if applicable

REBL will work with the licensed pharmacy or fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or correction as permitted by law.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact help@refill.co as soon as possible.

REBL will assist in initiating a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund decisions are subject to carrier confirmation and fulfillment partner policies.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

REBL is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders shipped to the address provided by the patient in error

Orders returned to the sender due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund, particularly for prescription medications.

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
