REBL LLC

Effective Date: December 30, 2025

This page provides important information about REBL’s medical services, prescription policies, and safety disclosures. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Not for Emergencies

REBL does not provide emergency or urgent medical services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or seek care from the nearest emergency department. Do not delay emergency treatment based on information obtained through REBL.

Telehealth Services Overview

REBL is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for remote medical evaluation and treatment when clinically appropriate.

Telehealth has limitations and may not be suitable for all conditions. Providers may determine that:

  • Your condition requires in-person evaluation

  • Additional testing or labs are necessary

  • Emergency or urgent care is more appropriate

Telehealth services are not a replacement for a primary care provider, and patients are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with an in-person clinician when possible.

Prescription Policy & Medical Decision-Making

REBL follows strict medical, legal, and ethical standards for prescribing medications.

  • No prescription is guaranteed.

  • Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate, following a clinical evaluation by a licensed provider.

  • Prescriptions are issued solely at the provider’s professional discretion and in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

  • Patients cannot select, request, or order prescription medications prior to being evaluated by a provider.

Completing an intake, enrolling in a program, or paying for services does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

RX Disclaimer

REBL is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications.

If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is appropriate:

  • The prescription may be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, or

  • You may elect to have it fulfilled by a licensed partner pharmacy that complies with all applicable regulatory requirements

Prescription fulfillment is handled by third-party pharmacies operating independently of REBL.

Medication Safety & Patient Responsibilities

If prescribed medication through REBL, you agree to:

  • Review all medication instructions, warnings, and labels

  • Use medications only as prescribed and for personal use

  • Notify your provider of side effects, adverse reactions, or changes in your condition

  • Seek immediate medical attention if serious symptoms occur

You should consult your provider or pharmacist with any questions regarding your medication.

REBL’s telehealth services are available in all U.S. states, subject to:

  • Provider licensure

  • Applicable state and federal law

  • Treatment-specific regulations

You must be physically located in the state you report at the time of your telehealth visit. If you are not located in an eligible state, care may be declined or rescheduled.

Availability of specific treatments may vary by state.
